Mental Health Professional Day

In partnership with Freedom Reins Counseling, Unbridled Equine Programs invites licensed mental health professionals to participate in a CEU-approved experiential training to explore the clinical integration of equine-assisted interventions.

This professional development experience introduces Unbridled’s strengths-based, values-driven, neuroscience-informed model and its application within therapeutic practice. Participants will explore how equine-assisted work supports emotional regulation, relational awareness, and purpose-centered growth.

Grounded in applied neuroscience, the training examines how stress responses (fight, flight, freeze) influence behavior and how experiential engagement promotes self regulation and clear, values- aligned decision-making. Through demonstration and clinical discussion, participants gain practical insight into ethical integration, referral pathways, and collaborative care.
