Ty Delley is the Founder and Executive Director of Unbridled Equine Programs, a uniquely designed strengths-based equine-assisted therapy program. Ty is driven by the profound impact horses can have when partnered with individuals to discover their inherent strengths and navigate their story to live purposeful lives.
Ty worked for Gallup, a research-based management consulting firm, for nearly 20 years where she served as the Operational Performance Manager for Gallup’s Entrepreneur Acceleration System. As a Performance Manager, Delley worked with entrepreneurs around the globe to help them strategize for growth through critical systems and technology. Additionally, she built and led Gallup’s Global Client Support.
Following her time at Gallup,Ty’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Back2Family, Inc.—a company created to transform evenings for busy families by providing dedicatedBack2Family Partners tailored to each household’s unique needs. During her time with the organization, Ty conducted in-depth research and spoke extensively on the importance of raising children who both live with purpose and understand their purpose. This work laid the foundation for what would later become Unbridled.
In her free time, you will find Ty on her family’s ranch outside Waco, Texas riding horses and honing her shooting and archery skills with her husband.
Delley holds a Bachelor ofScience degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
